What are the Mall's hours?

West Acres is open from 10 am to 9 pm Monday through Saturday, 11 am to 6 pm on Sunday. Food Court hours are 8:30 am to 9 pm Monday through Saturday, 11 am to 6 pm Sunday. Department store and holiday hours may vary.

What time does West Acres open for walking?

West Acres opens for walking at 6:30 am Monday through Saturday and 8 am on Sunday.

What is the walking distance within the Mall?

Including all entryways and the Food Court, the distance is .82 miles. Get a walking guide.

What time does Recess West open?

Recess West opens at 7 am Monday through Saturday, 9 am on Sunday.

Are there limits to who can play at Recess West?

Yes; children must be less than 42” tall.

On what days is the Mall officially closed?

The Mall is officially closed on Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

How many stores are located within West Acres?

There are approximately 125 stores in the Mall.

How big is the Mall?

The Mall covers approximately 950,000 square feet.

Where can I purchase a West Acres Mall Card?

Mall Cards can be purchased at West Acres Guest Services, located near the main entrance, from 9:30 am to 9 pm Monday through Saturday; 11:30 am through 6 pm Sunday. They can also be purchased at the Mall Office from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. Find these locations.

Can I purchase a Mall Card online?

Which stores accept Mall Cards?

Almost all stores, restaurants and kiosks – including Chili’s, Chick-fil-A, Granite City Food & Brewery, Panera Bread, and West Acres Cinema 14 – accept Mall Cards. Best Buy, Essentia Health, and Jewelry & Watch Repair currently do not accept Mall Cards.

Is there free wireless Internet access in the Mall?

Yes, there is free wireless Internet access in all of the common areas and the Food Court.

Does West Acres have a lost & found department?

Yes; lost & found is located at Guest Services near the main entrance.

Does West Acres have strollers, wheelchairs or electric carts available for rent?

Yes. Strollers can be rented at several locations throughout the Mall. Wheelchairs and electric carts can be rented from Guest Services near the main entrance.

Can I mail a letter/package at West Acres?

Yes, pre-processed mail can be dropped off in the USPS mail boxes across from the restrooms near the Food Court. However, for security purposes, large packages must be dropped off at a postal mailing station and cannot be mailed from West Acres.

Is there a gift wrapping service available at the mall?

Yes; gift wrapping is available at Guest Services near the main entrance.

Is there a nursing room available at the mall?

Yes; two mother’s rooms are located in the Family Restrooms near the Food Court.

Does West Acres have a room available to rent for meetings?

Yes, the Community Room in the Lower Level can be rented for meetings. The room can accommodate 80 people. Call the mall office at 701-282-2222 for more information.

Is the Roger Maris Museum located with West Acres?

Yes, the Roger Maris Museum is located near the Aquarium Court . The museum – a showcase of memorabilia to Fargo’s hometown baseball hero – is open for viewing during all Mall hours. Admission is free.

Is there a gift shop at the Roger Maris Museum?

At this time, there is not a gift shop at the museum.
