What is The Local Collective?
The Local Collective is a unique pop-up retail opportunity designed for local and regional businesses ready to explore a brick-and-mortar presence. It offers a move-in ready space within West Acres, allowing entrepreneurs to test, learn, and grow in a vibrant, high-traffic environment, without the need for an initial long-term commitment (though we always love when it turns into something more!).

This opportunity is ideal for product-based businesses, including apparel, accessories, home goods, pre-packaged foods, and more, who are ready to take the next step and connect with customers in a meaningful, in-person way.
