Santa’s Whimsical Wonderland

Welcome to Santa’s Whimsical Wonderland: The 2020 Experience, in a new location, near Best Buy!

Appointments available November 13-December 24.

Santa Claus is Coming to Town!

Welcome to Santa’s Whimsical Wonderland! In a year full of change and uncertainty, we are pleased to maintain the tradition of visits with Santa, but with a little 2020 spin! In a more-magical-than-ever setting, we transport you to the North Pole for an intimate, safe, encompassing experience inside a brand new space (located next to Best Buy).

New this year, and for the safety of all visitors and Santa himself, all visits to Santa’s Whimsical Wonderland will be by appointment only. Additionally, all visitors will be required to wear masks during their visit, with the short exception of during the photo, as well as follow all safety prompts and distancing guidelines in place.

Please book your visit online by clicking “Book A Visit” and read through the important booking and safety information carefully.

Here’s what you can expect during this years experience:

  • Click the “Book A Visit” button, where you will be transferred to the Santa Magic’s (our photo partner) booking site where you’ll pick your package and review important safety information
  • On the day of your visit, please arrive promptly at your appointment time. A queuing area will be located at the Santa’s Whimsical Wonderland entrance, located in the Roger Maris wing, next to Essentia Clinic. Don’t worry, there will be signage to guide you there!
  • A Santa Magic staff member will greet you and escort you through the magical experience leading up to Santa’s sleigh OR Santa’s living room (We have two settings to accommodate cleanings between appointments. You will not be able to choose which setting you have your photo taken. We appreciate your understanding.)
  • Santa will greet your kiddos from a safe distance for a  photo and a brief visit.
  • A staff member will then escort you to the printing booth to choose your photo and receive your order.

Get a glimpse of the experience in the video on this page!

As important as it was to us to keep this tradition alive, it’s even more important that we remain diligent in our safety precautions, for the health & safety of your family, our staff, and of course, Santa! We appreciate you understanding and respecting the protocols we have in place in order to host this experience this year!

How much does it cost to visit Santa and take a photo?

The cost varies depending on the package you choose. Prices start at $10.99 for a single 4 x 6 or four small wallets. Each purchase will include a single social media file. Please click here for more info.

Can I take a photo with my extended family or bring in my daycare group?

For safety reasons, we ask that appointments are only made for your immediate nuclear family (parents/guardian and their children). We are unfortunately unable to accommodate groups and daycares this year.

Where is Santa's Whimsical Wonderland located?

The entrance to Santa’s Whimsical Wonderland is located in the Roger Maris Wing, next to Essentia Clinic. Please line up in the queuing area and wait for a Santa Magic staff member to escort you into the experience.

Is a mask required to partake in the Santa experience?

PROPERLY WORN MASKS ARE REQUIRED, NO EXCEPTIONS. Your mask may briefly be removed for a quick photo. Medical conditions in which you cannot wear a mask are not exceptions to this policy. In order to maintain the safety of all guests, Santa and our staff, properly worn masks are required. If you are unable to wear a mask, we ask that you do not schedule a visit.

We will be providing virtual Santa story times and experiences during the holiday season for those unable to visit.

If you refuse to wear a mask, you choose to forfeit your purchase.

Children age 5 and under are exempt from wearing a mask, but strongly encouraged to do so, for the safety of Santa and our staff.

What do you mean when you mentioned having two sets?

This year we’ve created two magical sets for visits with Santa – Santa’s sleigh and Santa’s living room. While one set is in use, the other is being cleaned for the next guest. For cleaning and safety protocols, you will be unable to choose which set your experience takes place in. We appreciate your understanding!

How long does the experience take?

Appointments are made in 5-minute increments, giving you plenty of time to enjoy the magic of the space and visit with Santa! Only one family will be admitted into the space at one time, giving you the ultimate, intimate experience.

Am I able to take my own photos?

While taking photos within the experience, leading up to Santa, is allowed, personal photography with Santa is prohibited.
