Hello amazing humans! I’m casting my net to see if any of you have candidates interested in joining our Leadership Team (as Key Lead, Full Time), as Guest Experience Lead. This role heavily involves Leading our Retail Floor as a Guest Experience Lead. The GEL role is Full Time (Average 36-38 hours per week). A great candidate would have experience leading medium/large teams, and has great self-responsibility, integrity, and exemplifies Leadership in their every day life. Retail experience always helps but not required.
This role requires FULL AVAILABILITY on Weekends (Saturday/Sunday), plus 3-4 days of full availability during weekdays. Ideal candidates will have aspiration to grow within the company at lululemon. A candidate trying to juggle 2 jobs is very difficult as a GEL, however we HAVE HAD SUCCESS with individuals who are Part Time coaches/instructors (or minimal hour restrictions).
NOTE: We DO have Time Off restrictions around Holiday Season (November/December). i.e. Black Friday + Mid/Late December thru Early January.
The Compensation is starting at $19.50/hr + bonus (opportunity), Paid Time Off, and AMAZING company perks! *Starting pay COULD be higher, pending experience (retail/management/leadership roles).
