Position: Stylist (Sales Associate)
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
- Style customers by recommending complete outfits, including accessories and shoes.
- Meet individual and store sales goals.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor organized.
- Process purchases, returns, and exchanges using the POS system.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and replenishing merchandise.
- Follow company policies, including loss prevention and safety procedures.
- Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications:
- Passion for fashion and current trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Retail or customer service experience is preferred but often not required.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
