Facilities Custodian

Help maintain one of the region’s premier shopping destinations at West Acres mall! This full-time position offers a consistent schedule of 11:30 am – 8:00 pm, including some weekends, along with an exceptional benefits package and a positive, team-oriented work environment. What You’ll Do

Maintain clean, safe, and inviting public spaces throughout the shopping center
Clean restrooms, floors, furniture, windows, decorative features, and other common areas
Perform routine custodial and housekeeping duties using established cleaning procedures
Interact professionally with shoppers, tenants, vendors, and fellow team members
Help create an outstanding customer experience by maintaining a clean and welcoming environment

What We’re Looking For

Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude
Previous custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience is helpful but not required, as we’ll train the right candidate
Excellent communication and listening skills
Dependable with strong attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, push or carry up to 50 pounds, and remain on your feet throughout your shift
