Indigo Bloom: This practice will combine Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga. Vinyasa will warm up the body and rid your body of excess prana (energy), while yin will work deeply in your body holding poses longer. A slow deep stretch to both strengthen and relax your muscles.

Aloha Integrative Therapy: This playful class encourages self-expression as well as building social skills. Children (aged 3-5) will strengthen their bodies as they learn how to focus through breathing and relaxation techniques. Kids sing, draw and play yoga in this energy releasing class. Class is 30 minutes.

Fly Fitness: Fly’s revolutionary sculpting class will transform your physique by lengthening and strengthening your entire body. You’ll systematically challenge every muscle while boosting your metabolic rate in classes that have high-energy playlists and form-focused attention.

Haute Yogis: Krystle is instructing this power-based yoga class with progressive flow! For yogis at any level! Anyone and everyone are welcome! This will NOT be a heated class.

Family Wellness: Yogaflow is a soothing gentle class focuses on an exploration of yoga poses and how to connect them through attention to breathing, alignment and mindfulness. Expect lots of stretching & lingering in supported seated poses. Meditation and relaxation
techniques will also be introduced, perfect for stress relief and overall well-being. Open to all levels of practice and abilities.

Family Wellness: Hatha Yoga Mixed Level is designed for a wide variety of levels from beginners to more advanced students. Gain a deeper awareness of your body and develop higher levels of focus, strength, flexibility and endurance. Modifications will be introduced for complex poses so that beginners can work comfortably at their own level.

Family Wellness: Vinyasa Flow is a practice where postures or asanas are connected through the breath for a transformative and balancing effect. Class builds heat, endurance, flexibility, strength. The creative sequencing found in a vinyasa class is often built around Surya namaskar (sun salutations).
