Seasonal Hospitality & Food Court Custodian

Join the West Acres team this holiday season!

West Acres mall is seeking a friendly, dependable team member to join our awesome Food Court team and help create a welcoming environment for our guests this holiday season. This role offers an opportunity to gain customer service, hospitality, and facilities experience while working in the region’s largest shopping destination within a comfortable and festive indoor setting. We offer flexible scheduling, with weekend availability required. Shifts range from 4 to 8 hours based on employee preference, with approximately 10 to 25 hours per week.

Core Functions

Demonstrate a culture of customer service by interacting with customers, team members, mall tenants, and vendors in a friendly, engaging, and helpful manner

Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

Perform custodial duties, including but not limited to cleaning tables, floors and emptying garbage cans in food court

Qualifications and Requirements

Friendly, positive attitude with a commitment to customer service

Basic knowledge of or ability to be trained on cleaning techniques

Strong listening and verbal skills

Ability to work independently and make decisions consistent with company values

Physical ability to lift 30 pounds, carry and push 50 pounds, and stand/walk for duration of work shift
