Digital Marketing Manager
West Acres mall is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with the Director of Marketing and Events to implement and maintain online marketing strategies through use of current and future social media and online channels, to drive traffic to the mall, enhance our customer experience, or provide digital customer service to all of our audience and customers, through creation of engaging content and copy. She/he will stay active in community management to advocate for West Acres, create conversation with customers on a digital level, and reach out to potential customers through social listening and engagement. This exempt position’s pay range is $60,000-$80,000. West Acres offers competitive pay and benefits and a great culture!
Core Functions
- Implement the mall’s digital media marketing strategies including content creation, copywriting, and monitoring of all online platforms
- Improve customer awareness and drive traffic to West Acres by leading creative strategy through paid social, other digital advertising, and West Acres’ owned digital channels
- Lead creative analysis and regular share outs with our marketing team relating to all digital platforms
- Work closely with our Director of Marketing & Events and outside agency on the successful execution of new creative strategies. Collaborate on strategy, best practices, and oversee the on-time delivery of ads.
- Create engaging content for digital platforms; including, but not limited to, photography, styling, and copywriting that is consistent with the West Acres voice and brand
- Direct oversight of the Marketing Assistant and working cohesively with them on content creation for social and digital marketing platforms
- Work closely with stores to collaborate on promotional content
- Coordinate and execute social influencer marketing programs
- Regularly monitor, report, and respond to online conversation about West Acres
- Analyze and stay up-to-date on social & digital media trends and engagement strategies
- Provides assistance with execution and staffing of mall events
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- 5 years of marketing, communications, or social media experience
- Advanced knowledge of digital marketing and analytics (email, SMS, paid search & social campaigns)
- Well-versed in the use of social media as a marketing tool, on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Photography and editing knowledge and experience required
- Videography and editing knowledge and experience required
- Graphic design knowledge and experience strongly recommended
- Strategic thinker; can manage both high level strategy and detailed execution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to evaluate processes for improvements
- Project management skills; ability to multitask while working with multiple teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
