Social Media Coordinator - West Acres

Position Title: Social Media Coordinator 

Status: Full-Time (non-exempt)

Team Leader: Senior Vice President, Marketing & Business Development

 

Position Description:

The Social Media Coordinator works closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to implement and maintain online marketing strategies through use of current and future social media and online channels, in order to drive traffic to the mall, enhance our customer experience, or provide digital customer service to all of our fans and customers, through creation of engaging content and copy. She/he stays active in community management to advocate for West Acres, create conversation with customers on a digital level, and reaches out to potential customers through social listening and engagement.
