FT Assistant Manager - SHU by R&G - SHU by R&G
We are looking for a Full Time Assistant Manager with a passion for customer service and shoes to join our team!
The Assistant Manager's responsibilities include:
- working with customers and modeling excellent sales and customer service skills
- supervising staff in the absence of the Store Manager(s)
- changing out in-store displays on a regular basis
- creating social media promotions
- assisting the Store Manager(s) with accounts payable, training, and scheduling.
- Demonstrated excellent leadership, time management and customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Can do attitude and a team player.
- Flexible and adaptive to environment, changes, challenges, job duties and work schedules.
- Minimum 1-2 years of retail/customer service experience.
- Minimum of high school graduate or GED equivalent.
- Able to pack and unpack shipments, arrange and move store fixtures.
- Associate Discount, PTO, 3% Sales Commission + Hourly/Salary (average $2000/month)
